FIBA CHAMPIONSHIP 2010 (DAY 6)

TEAM OF THE DAY: TURKEY
Ranked 18th in the world in 2009.

Of the 3 teams still undefeated after the group rounds, Turkey is the only one ranked out of the top 10. USA and Lithuania also remain undefeated, ranked 2nd and 6th in the world respectively. Turkey sits above 2 teams at the bottom of the world standings, Canada and Slovenia, proving that anything can happen in this tournament. The hosts of this years tournament won all there games by an average of 21 points.  The only close game came at the hands of a much higher 10th ranked Puerto Rico team.  

*Canada went winless in 5 games but, are still qualified for the 2012 Olympics in London, England.
